This is the top of the Grand Exchange by price per item — the megarares, the top-tier weapons, and the items that only drop from the hardest content in the game. Most sit far outside what a typical player trades, which is exactly why they are interesting to watch: they are where the game's accumulated wealth ends up.
Prices at this end of the market move differently from the rest. Very few units change hands each day, so a single trade can shift the quoted price noticeably, and the gap between what buyers offer and sellers ask is often wide. Treat the change column here as directional rather than precise, and check the volume before assuming you could buy or sell at the price shown.
