By using 07Flip (07flip.com), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Service Description

07Flip is a free tool that displays Old School RuneScape Grand Exchange market data to help players find trading opportunities. Price data is sourced from third-party providers.

2. No Financial Advice

07Flip provides informational data about in-game virtual item prices. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading decisions are made at your own risk. In-game prices can change rapidly and displayed margins may not reflect current conditions.

3. Data Accuracy

While we strive to display accurate and up-to-date information, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data shown. Price data is sourced from third-party APIs and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.

4. Accounts

You may optionally create an account by signing in with Discord or Google. Accounts are used to save preferences such as favourited items. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the accounts you use to sign in.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or are used to abuse the service.

5. Premium Subscriptions, Free Trial & Refunds

07Flip offers a free 7-day trial of Premium features. The trial requires a valid payment method; you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before day 7 and you will not be billed.

After the trial, Premium renews automatically on a monthly basis at the then-current price. You can cancel at any time via the subscription management page — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. A lifetime access option is also available as a one-time payment.

Refunds. If you are charged and change your mind, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge by contacting us via our Discord server. Refunds are issued at our discretion for requests made outside this window. Lifetime access purchases are non-refundable after 14 days.

Pricing. We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any price increases before they take effect. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the site
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the service
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

Old School RuneScape is a registered trademark of Jagex Ltd. 07Flip is an independent fan site and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Jagex. All game-related imagery and data are property of their respective owners.

The 07Flip name, logo, and site design are our original work and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Availability

We aim to keep 07Flip available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

07Flip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to in-game trading losses based on data displayed on this site.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 07Flip and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms. This indemnification is proportionate to the nature of 07Flip as a free, community fan tool.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding the service, please contact us first via our Discord server so we can attempt to resolve it informally. If we are unable to reach a resolution, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 07Flip regarding your use of the site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
