Relaunching Our Merch Store: More Variety & A Better Experience!

We’ve got a pretty big update on merch! RuneScape has always been more than a game. Or at least, it is for us! And if you’re anything like us, that means you’ve always wanted more options to express your love for Gielinor IRL. As we celebrate our 25th Anniversary, we’ve done a little reflecting. We’ve had some great merch over recent years, but we know we have only scratched the surface of what’s possible. We’ve also heard from NA-based players about your experiences with long shipping times & duties and how that can prevent you picking up an awesome piece of swag you’d love to own too. So, we’re stepping up our game. We’re launching a brand new RuneScape Merch Store - including UK AND US based distribution! This change will allow us to offer more awesome RuneScape merch and bring some of our bigger ideas to life. For those in the US, we’ll have native distribution going forwards which means no more surprise import duties at your door! We’ll also use our new US hub as an additional option for Canada with quicker lead times, while our UK hub will deliver to the UK, EU, Canada and RoW. Here’s the key dates for our migration as we set ourselves up for the future: Our current store will go offline on May 5th.

• •Our existing partner will be on hand to ensure you receive any orders made before this date and provide any after sales support needed.
• •Some older and limited-edition lines will no longer be available after this date, so please make sure you make any orders you wish to before the store closes.
• •Our new Merch Store will open in late May.
• •This will be initially a more limited pre-order only selection as we set up our warehouses and develop new lines.
• •We expect most items on the store to be available for immediate shipment by early July.
• •Please bear with us while we make these changes. While the range available will be limited at first, we’ll be gradually expanding our range throughout the rest of the year with plenty of exciting new drops planned.
